Excellent service.

I had an issue with my car battery so my salesperson, Eddie Tong, made an appointment for me. It was the holidays and it took a few weeks to get me in, but it wasn't an emergency so no problem there.
As I walked into the repair shop lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles. From the gentleman who initially greeted me, to the two young ladies at the reception desk and finally, my service advisor Gordon Chiang.
Gordon was attentive and made sure to address the issues I had. I have limited vocabulary when it comes to car mechanics, but he understood the problems I described and took care of them. He texted me to give me feedback and also when the repair was complete, bringing a personal touch.
Even the gentleman working at the Enterprise Rent a Car booth provided excellent service.
No one likes to visit the repair shop, but I know that the next time my car is due for service, it won't be so bad. Another reason to buy a Mercedes from the Richmond dealership.
