Attentive and service-oriented.

I would like to start by saying that I own 2 SL Series vehicles, an SL500 and SL63 and a GLK Mercedes-Benz and have been to several different Benz dealerships in my time.
The Richmond dealership is by far the most attentive, service oriented of all the dealerships I have been to. Their care and attention to detail is second to none.
From the minute you enter the Service Centre in Richmond, you can tell you are in for a different experience. Their waiting area is meticulous and the staff is waiting with a smile to greet you. I would like to extend a couple of personal messages to staff members Shareen Mohammed and Terry Hogan (Assistant Manager).
These 2 staff members of the dealership deserve an extra special appreciation note as they went over the top to ensure I, as a long owning customer of Mercedes, receive the attention, time and care that I feel is rightfully deserved when owning a few flagship vehicles from this Mercedes brand. Not only did they make sure I was attended to, but they made sure that they followed up with me from the moment I left with personal calls and messages.
The dealership should be very proud of having such fine employees and they should be applauded and commemorated for their exemplary service to their dealership !!
Shareen Mohammed and Terry Hogan, I look forward to seeing you, as well as all of my friends/colleagues that own these kinds of vehicles that have been told about your service, in the very near future!!
