With the all-new Mercedes-AMG EQS, AMG performance enters a new electric era, and electric motoring gets an AMG. True to every Mercedes-AMG before it, this all-electric sedan boldly advances the core AMG principle of Driving Performance.
Synchronous electric motors at both the front and rear axles team up for fully variable AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive, precisely delivering torrential torque in response to driving conditions. Breathtaking output of 649 hp and 700 lb-ft of torque can be briefly boosted even further, to 751 hp and 752 lb-ft, in the RACE START mode of the standard AMG DYNAMIC PLUS Package. Zero to 100 km/h can arrive in just 3.8 seconds, with a top track speed of 250 km/h.
Based on dedicated EQ architecture, the powerful 400-volt battery with advanced lithium-ion technology is configured specifically for AMG. The cab-forward body's streamlined silhouette cuts its drag coefficient to just 0.23, for exceptional aerodynamic efficiency. Standard 9-degree rear-axle steering can reduce the turning circle of this spacious sedan to that of a compact, or enhance stability in high-speed manoeuvres.
